The Clinical Practice Manager in the City of Fort Worth Office of the Medical Director leads the Clinical Practice Division, providing strategic direction for credentialing, education, and clinical oversight within the regional EMS system. The role ensures compliance with credentialing policies and state requirements, supports development and administration of training programs, and provides high-level administrative and leadership support to the Medical Director and Chief of Staff. The position serves as a liaison with external partner agencies and contributes to system-level planning and quality improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in EMS, Healthcare Administration, Education, or Related Field
- IHI Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety (must obtain within 1 year)
- TX DSHS EMS Instructor Certification
- NAEMSE Level-1 Certification
- Basic Course Coordinator Certification (must obtain within 1 year)
- Relevant Instructor Certifications (CPR, ALS, PALS, Trauma)
- Master's Degree in Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Education (Preferred)
- TX DSHS Basic or Advanced Course Coordinator Certification (Preferred)
- NAEMSE Instructor Level-2 Certification (Preferred)
- Critical Care Certification (Preferred)
