About this role

ICF, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Psychologist Subject Matter Expert to promote the adoption of evidence-based clinical practices within the Department of War Military Health System. The role involves applying a clinical perspective to the translation, implementation, and evaluation of psychological health practices to improve mental health care quality and consistency. This primarily telework position requires occasional on-site work in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments and scan literature to identify mental health care practices for implementation
Support multi-site pilot studies assessing feasibility and acceptability of evidence-based practices
Develop implementation support tools and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate pilot interventions
