Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will join the client's Monitoring team to provide monitoring expertise for individual clinical trials and programs. This role involves conducting site monitoring activities to ensure adherence to GCPs, SOPs, and study protocols while collaborating with study teams and stakeholders. The position requires identifying and resolving performance issues, mentoring team members, and supporting patient recruitment and retention strategies.
