The Clinical Research Associate II serves as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsored and investigator-initiated studies, managing investigator sites in compliance with regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures. This role involves conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits while ensuring GCP compliance and resolving site issues. The position also includes mentoring new CRAs, supporting project-level tasks, and maintaining high standards for site management and data review.
