About this role

A Clinical Research Associate at ICON supports the development of new medicines by managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining site operations across the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact between investigation sites and sponsor
Conduct site visits including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out
Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations
Maintain up-to-date documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems
Monitor patient safety and ensure timely reporting of adverse events
