A Clinical Research Associate (CRA) manages the delivery of clinical studies at allocated sites, acting as the main contact with study teams and ensuring compliance with international guidelines like ICH-GCP and local regulations. This role involves monitoring study conduct, initiating and closing sites, verifying data, and driving performance to ensure studies are completed efficiently. The CRA collaborates with Local Study Managers, investigators, and quality managers to maintain study quality and resolve issues.
