Clinical Research Associate

As a Clinical Research Associate at Novartis, you will manage Phase I–IV clinical trial sites by building trusted partnerships and ensuring high-quality execution of monitoring activities. The role involves conducting site initiation and ongoing training, assessing site performance to mitigate risks, and driving operational excellence while adhering to strict regulatory and ethical standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clinical sites to ensure patient safety, data integrity, and protocol adherence across global studies.
