Acting as a Clinical Research Coordinator within Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, this role executes clinical protocols, supports the Clinical Trials Unit Manager in protocol management, and assists in supervising Clinical Research Associates. The incumbent collaborates closely with physicians and research staff to oversee complex studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines and maintaining accurate data for future research direction.

Responsibilities

Execute clinical protocols and manage study registries for pediatric oncology patients
Supervise and train research staff including students and technicians on protocol management
Coordinate complex clinical data collection, sample processing, and case report forms
Oversee audit and monitoring visits to ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements
Liaise with physicians, co-investigators, and external stakeholders on assigned research studies
