This role oversees and directs the day-to-day clinical research operations for the Neurology research team within the Center for Research Advancement at Baylor College of Medicine. The position provides leadership and supervision to research coordinators, ensuring efficient planning, recruitment, and execution of clinical studies while maintaining compliance with protocols and quality standards. The manager supports Principal Investigators in executing funded studies and drives operational excellence through mentorship and process optimization.
