Clinical Service Manager

The Clinical Service Manager collaborates with the Director to ensure the delivery of effective and sufficient patient care services for the Emergency department on a 24/7 basis. This leadership role within the unit ensures that patient care services meet established standards consistent with the hospital's mission, goals, and objectives. The position involves managing unit resources, including staffing, to ensure the delivery of safe, quality patient care and fiscal responsibility.
