Clinical Services Coordinator

The Clinical Services Coordinator is a non-licensed clinical operations support role responsible for coordinating the intake, review, routing, tracking, and follow-up of clinical consultation requests. Serving as the primary liaison between the Clinical Department and Care Management, the position ensures consultation requests are complete, appropriate, and directed to the correct Nursing or Behavioral Health teams. The role leverages knowledge of Care Management practice and clinical terminology to identify missing information and escalate urgent concerns, without making independent clinical recommendations.
