Responsible for the overall operational flow of an inpatient unit during assigned shifts, ensuring effective delivery of healthcare services and coordination of staff and resources. Acts as a clinical resource to facilitate critical thinking and decision-making among the care team and ensures quality patient care across acute, chronic, and complex cases. Position is based at The Valley Hospital and works night shifts providing direct oversight of unit activities.
