The Clinical Site Manager provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of an ambulatory medical practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered clinical care and an efficient, supportive environment for patients, providers, and staff. This position is ideal for an experienced healthcare manager with a strong background in ambulatory medical practice, clinical operations, and team leadership. The Clinical Site Manager works closely with medical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical quality, patient access, staff performance, productivity, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
