Clinical Social Work Supervisor

The Clinical Social Work Supervisor provides clinical supervision and oversight for staff within the Citywide Stabilization Programs, including the AOT, CARE, and Stabilization teams. This role involves recruiting, training, and evaluating staff while ensuring compliance with departmental policies and maintaining high standards of clinical service delivery. The position also requires direct service delivery, including psychotherapy, assessment, and crisis intervention for adults with severe mental illness and complex vulnerabilities.
