Clinical Social Worker

The Clinical Social Worker provides social work services to patients and their families to address psychosocial and clinical needs within and outside the clinical setting. This role involves collaborating with clinical staff to develop care plans, connect patients with appropriate providers and community resources, and educate stakeholders on critical care information. The position also requires providing crisis support in high-tension situations to ensure a positive clinical experience for all parties involved.
