The Clinical Specialist provides expertise and support to practitioners working with Infant Toddler Court Program (ITCP) grantees and other team members implementing Safe Babies and related infant‑toddler court approaches. The role involves clinical case consultation, coordination of learning activities, development of reflective practice strategies, and collaboration with state and federal partners to advance policies and systems for infants, toddlers, and their families.
