About this role
The Clinical Staff Leader (CSL) is a registered nurse who serves as the department’s designated nurse leader for each shift, providing operational oversight and supervision of nursing staff. The role reports to the Nurse Manager and ensures delivery of evidence-based patient care, achievement of department goals, and adherence to regulations. The CSL promotes Shared Governance and provides leadership presence including required holiday and weekend coverage.
