Clinical Supervisor - Med/Surg

The Clinical Supervisor supports administrative responsibilities for the department's service functions, collaborating with the unit Director and/or Manager to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations. The role involves overseeing staff orientation and training, communicating with staff and physicians, and ensuring the quality of care during assigned shifts. Direct patient care is performed only as needed within the scope of practice, while continually assessing and directing staff to adjust care plans as necessary.
