Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor provides day-to-day clinical leadership and support at assigned behavioral health program sites while maintaining a direct therapy caseload. This role serves as an on-site clinical resource for therapists and behavioral health staff, providing consultation, guidance, coaching, and support related to clinical practice, treatment planning, documentation, crisis response, client needs, and service delivery. The position plays an active role in the daily success of assigned programs by supporting clinicians, addressing barriers, promoting accountability, and helping ensure clients receive ethical, person-centered, and medically necessary behavioral health services.
