Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to a team of Housing Stabilization Case Managers, ensuring a person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed model of care. This role balances direct service delivery with clinical supervision, including maintaining a small caseload and providing housing and stabilization supports to residents with complex behavioral health needs. The position collaborates across programs and with external partners to ensure seamless care and supports the Residential Housing Manager in maintaining best practice standards.
