Clinical Support Manager

The Clinical Support Manager provides supervision, consultation, and clinical support to Probation staff working at the Youth Transition Campus and East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility. This role focuses on developing a trauma-informed environment, facilitating staff problem-solving, and linking employees to community resources and mental health services. The position requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and rotating weekends, to support the well-being of the workforce.
