Clinical Support Nurse

The Education and Learning team is seeking a motivated, experienced, and clinically confident Registered Nurse to join the Nursing Education team as a Clinical Support Nurse. This role involves providing expert clinical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to nurses at the bedside, with a focus on graduate nurses, undergraduate students, and those transitioning into new clinical areas. The position aims to create a positive clinical learning environment that promotes safe, evidence-based practice and supports the development of nursing capability across Western Health.
