Clinical Systems Trainer

The Clinical Systems Trainer provides training, implementation support, and optimization for PointClickCare and other clinical technology solutions across a multi-site senior living and healthcare environment. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure successful system implementations, workflow alignment, and ongoing performance improvement. The position serves as a subject matter expert and educator to help communities maximize the value of clinical systems and support high-quality resident care delivery.
