The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program, establishing a strengths-based therapeutic milieu aligned with the agency's clinical philosophy. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a resident's treatment plan and providing individual, family, and group therapy in collaboration with the treatment team.
