Clinical Technician

The Clinical Technician coordinates and manages patient triage and care activities through telephone, electronic messaging, and limited in-office support, serving as a clinical resource within established nursing guidelines. This hybrid role supports a high-volume ambulatory practice by providing symptom assessment, medication management, care coordination, patient education, and collaboration with providers to ensure timely patient access and continuity of care.
