Clinical Technician

The Clinical Technician coordinates and manages patient triage and care activities through telephone, electronic messaging, and limited in‑office support, serving as a clinical resource within established nursing guidelines. This hybrid role supports a high‑volume ambulatory practice by providing symptom assessment, medication management, care coordination, patient education, and collaboration with providers to ensure timely access and continuity of care.
