Clinical Therapist

The Clinical Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for participants in a clinically-intensive mental health treatment program. This role involves ongoing assessment of participant progress, supporting intervention strategies, and collaborating with a team of treatment professionals to enhance psychological well-being. The position also requires continuous improvement of clinical interventions and therapeutic aspects of the program to better serve participants and their families.
