The role involves conducting clinical assessments, delivering diverse counseling interventions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support participants' housing, employment, wellness, and family stability. The position requires experience with trauma, mental illness, and substance abuse, along with proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities.
