Clinical Trainer

The Clinical Trainer designs, develops, and delivers hybrid training programs for the Case Management department, supporting both clinical and non‑clinical staff serving Medicare and TRICARE members. The role creates live and e‑learning instruction, manages job aids, SOPs, and the department SharePoint site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving quality and patient experience.
