Clinical Trainer

The Clinical Trainer develops, delivers, and evaluates orientation and ongoing training programs for clinical and non‑clinical patient‑facing staff across Sheppard Pratt campuses. The role utilizes classroom instruction, simulations, and hands‑on mentoring to teach skills such as CPR, de‑escalation, and aggression management, while assessing competency and maintaining training records.
