Clinical Trainer

The Clinical Trainer develops, delivers, and evaluates orientation and ongoing training programs for clinical and non‑clinical patient‑facing staff across Sheppard Pratt campuses. The role involves hands‑on classroom instruction, simulations, and mentorship, focusing on skills such as CPR, de‑escalation, and crisis management, while maintaining training documentation and ensuring competency standards.
