About this role

The Clinical Trial Coordinator supports multiple operational activities and functional areas to ensure the successful delivery of Cogstate's Rater Services programs and clinical trial support activities. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams, study stakeholders, and external customers, providing flexible, cross-functional support across various service areas. The position involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting operational reporting, coordinating communications, and delivering exceptional customer service to sites, clinicians, raters, CRAs, sponsors, institutions, and internal stakeholders.
