Clinical Trial Team Vendor Manager

This role serves as a core member of the Clinical Trial Team, taking accountability for vendor service delivery at the study level to independently manage all clinical vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials. The position involves collaborating with study teams, overseeing vendor cost control and budget reviews, and ensuring service excellence throughout the study lifecycle. Key duties include driving site activation, conducting user-acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT systems, and monitoring vendor-related cycle times and risks.
