Clinician (LADC)

Crossroads is seeking a licensed therapist to provide psycho‑social evaluations, individual and group therapy in intensive outpatient and partial hospital programs, and documentation using their EHR system. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, participating in clinical meetings, and supporting the organization’s trauma‑informed, evidence‑based treatment of women with substance use and co‑occurring mental health disorders.
