About this role
This role is an embedded behavioral health clinician working within a primary care practice as part of a multidisciplinary collaborative care model. The clinician partners with primary care providers to help patients access evaluation and short-term behavioral health support for mental health and substance use needs. The position is full-time and based at a BILH Primary Care location in Brookline, MA, with a sign-on bonus available.
