Clinician - Mental Health Triage

This role is part of the Enhanced Triage Service, a telephone-based entry point into the Mental Health Program responsible for initial engagement, screening, and assessment of clients across Adult, Child and Adolescent, and Aged Mental Health services. The position plays a critical role in the referral process by providing evidence-based overnight triage to address mental health concerns and contribute to symptom prevention and reduction. The clinician works to ensure efficient program operations and successful client relationships while maintaining high-quality care standards.
