Clinician

The Clinician provides psychosocial evaluation, assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services within an integrated primary care setting at a community health center. Working under supervision, they collaborate with mental health and medical providers, deliver individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinate referrals and discharge planning for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
