Clinic/Practice Assistant, Gastroenterology

A full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant will serve as the primary administrative support for a Gastroenterology practice, managing patient intake, scheduling, and billing functions across multiple locations in Western Massachusetts. The role acts as the face of the medical group, coordinating front desk duties, telephone inquiries, and medical record logistics to ensure a seamless patient experience.
