CLM Systems Administrator and Paralegal

The CLM Systems Administrator and Paralegal role at Novolex involves owning the day-to-day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment. This position supports the contracts team by translating contracting requirements into scalable system solutions and providing paralegal assistance. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience administering enterprise CLM platforms, including workflow configuration, templates, clause libraries, permissions, integrations, reporting, data governance, and user support.
