CLO Compliance Analyst

The CLO Compliance Analyst ensures that compliance models for Collateralized Loan and Collateralized Debt Obligations are developed, reviewed, and stress-tested in accordance with transaction documents. This role involves managing deal modeling, identifying potential inconsistencies, and communicating with stakeholders such as Collateral Managers, Underwriters, and Rating Agencies to resolve issues. The position requires ongoing maintenance of models, performing quality control reviews, and tracking team status reports to maintain efficient processes.
