About this role

As a Senior Transaction Manager, you will own the negotiation, closing, and ongoing administration of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and related structured credit transactions for a portfolio of large, complex clients. This role involves working extensively with external counsel to negotiate documents, reviewing legal and transaction mechanics, and liaising with internal operations and compliance teams to ensure adherence to UMB systems and policies.

Responsibilities

Administer ongoing duties for trustee and collateral administrator roles
