Execute all aspects of CLO capital market transactions including new issues and refinancing
Model CLO transactions and run rating agency stress tests for portfolio analysis
Coordinate rating agency processes and prepare marketing materials for transactions
Negotiate deal terms with syndicate members, investors, and rating agencies
Monitor existing CLO portfolios and optimize structures through secondary trading
