CLO Structuring, Associate

The CLO Structuring Associate at Santander supports the origination, structuring, and execution of CLO warehouses and transactions, participating in the full deal lifecycle from origination to closing. This role involves building and analyzing CLO cash flow models, preparing transaction materials, and coordinating with internal teams, legal counsel, and rating agencies. The associate will work within the Securitized Products Trading Desk in a fast-paced environment, developing structuring expertise and client relationships.
