Closing Advocate

This role involves managing title and lien releases, preparing DMV work, notarizing documents, and tracking all necessary paperwork to ensure successful deal completion. The position requires strong multi-tasking abilities, proactive management, and effective communication with various stakeholders to drive deals to a successful close.
