Closing Specialist

The Closing Specialist is responsible for assembling, preparing, reviewing, and verifying loan closing documents while ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements. This role manages an active pipeline to ensure transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established service level agreements. The position serves as a liaison between title companies, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
