Closing Team Associate

The Closing Team Associate will report to the Head of Underwriting and is responsible for managing the end-to-end closing process for all debt and equity investments, including senior loans, mezzanine loans, and acquisitions. This role involves coordinating with originations teams, legal counsel, and third-party consultants to complete due diligence and finalize commercial real estate transactions. The position requires driving multiple workstreams, managing third-party engagements, and ensuring accurate closing economics and cash management.
