About this role

As a Cloud Architect, the successful candidate will act as a technical leader for Infrastructure teams, defining and implementing new patterns to improve hybrid infrastructure. The role requires significant experience in both traditional on-premise infrastructure and modern cloud platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kubernetes. The Cloud Architect helps build a consensus approach with senior technical staff to navigate business project requirements and evolving infrastructure capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design complete cloud architectures using infrastructure and cloud native services
Develop hybrid architectures integrating on-premise environments with cloud platforms
Create and maintain architectural roadmaps, reference architectures, and design patterns
Recommend modernization strategies including migration, re-platforming, and optimization
Implement identity, access, and data protection controls across environments
