This role serves as the senior technical lead for DLA Directory Services, providing Tier 3 engineering, administration, and modernization of enterprise identity, directory, collaboration, messaging, and cloud platforms. The position involves administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenants, engineering Active Directory and Group Policy, and supporting Exchange and Google Workspace services. The specialist will automate administration with PowerShell, ensure tenant configuration aligns with DoD baselines, and resolve Tier 3 tickets within SLA. This is a key personnel role contingent upon contract award, requiring an active Secret clearance and specific Microsoft certifications.
