About this role

Voya seeks a Senior IT Security Specialist to strengthen SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and container security within a hybrid cloud ecosystem. This role involves partnering with DevSecOps and Platform Engineering teams to identify, assess, and remediate security risks across SaaS platforms and public cloud infrastructure. The position emphasizes hands-on experience with cloud-native security controls, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern security tooling to drive secure-by-design practices.

Responsibilities

Configure and tune SSPM/CSPM tools to identify security misconfigurations
Support CSPM capabilities across AWS and Azure environments
Implement and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code and Policy-as-Code standards
Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines
Develop security automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Bash
