Cloud Security Engineer

The Cloud Security Engineer builds and operates security controls embedded in GuideWell's cloud platforms, delivering preventive and detective controls across commercial, GovCloud, and secondary cloud environments. This hands-on role involves automating evidence collection, building cloud logging pipelines, and producing control evidence for compliance frameworks like HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, and FedRAMP. The position requires collaboration with the security organization to implement PHI data protection and manage encryption architecture.
